Day 1: The Waiting & Sitting Game Begins

And so we begin! So much excitement but still we have to sit patiently for hours! I enjoyed a little power nap during the drive from Ottawa to Belleville, and then enjoyed catching up with my parents on the remainder of the drive from Belleville to Toronto. 

In Toronto, mom and dad dropped us off at our friends house where we were treated so well! They started our vacation off on the right foot that's for sure! 

Now we have been dropped off the airport and decided to enjoy some cider and beers in the iPod lounge before our flight! 

At 1:20 AM Saturday April 5th we board our Cathay Pacific flight from Toronto to Hong Kong to Bangkok, scheduled to arrive Sunday April 5th at 10:30 AM. We are looking forward to some rest and catching up on some Oscar winning movies we missed (thanks to Cathay Pacific's awesome entertainment system).
